Westpac customers face challenges when they attempt to request payments from others, they need an easy, user-friendly method to streamline the payment request process.

The solution

Allow users to initiate payment requests, monitor the status of their request, and integrate a notification “nudge” feature to send gentle reminders. I broke down the overall task into key actions. Initiating a payment request, specifying the amount, selecting the recipient, tracking the request, and sending reminders.
